Cancellation policy

• • Cancellations & Refunds: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled workshop or semester start date. Once a semester or workshop begins, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any reason, regardless of notice.

  • Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions: Our 7-day cancellation window ensures that instructors are fairly compensated for the extensive prep work and resources they commit to each class. Because of this preparation, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, or for non-attendance. There are no makeup sessions or refunds for individual classes missed by the participant. No exceptions apply.

  • Center Cancellations: The Cornell Creative Arts Center (CCAC) reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to low enrollment or extreme weather. If CCAC cancels a session due to weather or instructor illness, a makeup date may be offered, at CCAC’s discretion.
