Cancellation policy
Registration fees are refundable if the cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date of the class or workshop. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class starts, or for any class/workshop the participant does not attend. No exceptions can be made.
The Cornell Creative Arts Center reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met, or due to extreme weather conditions.
There are no makeups for missed classes/workshops except when the participant TIMELY notifies the CCAC and arranges to reschedule prior to the cancellation period. No refunds or makeups for a class missed by a participant as part of a 6-week session. If a class is cancelled due to weather, we will try our best to reschedule an additional class for that 6-week period. Additional weather makeup class may be at a different time/day than the regularly scheduled 6-week session.
Purchase Policy
Registration fees are due at the time of signing up for a class or workshop. Should you have any difficulty registering or paying for a class/workshop please contact the CCAC by clicking here.
If you are paying with a Promo Code and cannot apply at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively after a purchase is complete.
